Banana Sponge Cake 香蕉海绵蛋糕

Banana sponge cake
好柔软的香蕉蛋糕,每吃一口都闻到香浓的香蕉味,好棒。。

这次用的香蕉是一般用来制做炸香蕉的那一种,

香蕉外皮的颜色虽然还是青而带一点黄,

可里面的香蕉是熟了,味道香浓也香甜。

由于用的纸杯比较大,面糊份量比较多,烘的时间也加长至35分钟,

这就是所说的香蕉,如果有朋友知道这香蕉是什么名堂,可否告知,谢谢。

材料:
4个蛋,150克糖,170克香蕉泥
175克低粉
125克玉米油
几根香蕉 (切小段)


Ingredients:
4 eggs, 150g sugar, 170g mashed banana
175g superfine flour
125ml corn oil.
A few bananas (cut into small pieces)


香蕉海绵蛋糕的做法。。。。
Step for making banana sponge cake.......
1.) 把蛋,糖和香蕉泥打至浓稠 (面糊掉下不会立刻消散)。
Mix well eggs, sugar and mashed banana until thick ( Batter will not dissipate immediately after falling ).

2.) 分两次筛入低粉轻轻拌均
                也分两次加入玉米油轻轻拌均。
Sift in half the flour and gently mix well. Repeat with the remaining flour.
Add in half the corn oil and gently mix well. Repeat with the remaining oil.

3.) 倒面糊到纸杯里,放上香蕉,
以160度C烘35 分钟。
Spoon batter into paper baking cup, 
Place sliced banana on top the batter.
Put into pre-heated oven, bake at 160 degree C for 35 minutes.
