peanut cookies


花生饼在农历新年是不可缺少的食品之一,

象征着早生贵子,长寿健康和子孙满堂。。。

Symbolizes longevity, health and descendants luck. . .




这花生饼食谱是从Connie Yew 的分享中得来,

非常感谢她的分享。。。


材料:

500克花生,330克糖粉,500克普通面粉(筛过),250克花生油,1粒蛋(搽饼表面用)


Ingredients:

500g peanut, 

330g icing sugar, 

500g plain flour ( sifted), 

250g peanut oil, 

1 egg (for glazing)


做法:

Step by step instruction with recipe...


1.) 先把花生以180度C烘香,待凉去皮。
Bake peanut at 180 degree C for 8 minutes,
let cool remove skin.

2.) 放入搅拌器里磨碎。
Blend well with food mixer.

3.) 加入糖粉,面粉和油拌均。
Then mix well with icing sugar, flour and oil.

4.) 把面团擀平约半分厚,印出模型。
Roll dough into half cm thick, 
use mould cutter to shape out pattern. 

5.) 将饼排在铺了烘培纸的烘盘上,搽上蛋液,
放上半粒花生,放入预热烘炉以160度C烘20分钟。
Put cookies on the tray, glaze cookies and place half peanut on top,
bake at 160 degree C for 20 minutes.
