农历新年有除旧迎新的意思,

家家户户忙着大扫除,选购年货,

制作糕饼以迎接新的一年。

在这佳节做了蜂窝饼,

这饼很脆,很香,甜度刚好,很美味。

食谱是从烘培乐园的一位姐妹得来,

当时没写下她的名字,不知道是谁的,

在此非常感谢她的分享。。。

材料中只用了一半的份量。。。。




材料:
5粒蛋,300克糖,500毫升椰浆
250克粘米粉,100克普通面粉,100克玉米粉


Ingredients:
5 eggs, 300g sugar, 500ml coconut milk
250g rice flour, 100g plain flour, 100g corn flour


做法:

1.) 蛋和糖打均。
Mix well eggs and sugar.

2.) 加入椰浆搅均
Add in coconut milk and mix well.

3.) 筛入粉搅拌均匀。
Sift in flour and mix well.

4.) 把模型放入热油数分钟。
Soak mould in medium heated oil for a few minutes.


5.) 把模型沾入面糊。
Place mould in the mixture.

6.) 放入锅以中火炸至金黄色即可。
Dip mould into medium heated oil and let them fry until golden colour.
